If the audit fails, we run it again.
You paid for a working report. If the scan does not finish or the report is empty, we re-scan the same site at no charge.
1. First fix
Free re-scan
Engine fails, times out, hits the wrong host, or returns no valid findings — email support@jitsolutionsai.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID or domain. We run the same audit again. That is the default.
2. Money back
When money goes back
If the re-scan also fails, or we still cannot deliver a usable report, we refund the original charge to the same payment method. Stripe usually posts it in 3–5 business days.
3. Limits
What this is not
Not a second opinion because you disagree with the findings. Not a ranking or traffic guarantee. After you implement fixes, a later paid recheck is a separate product.
