Privacy Policy

Clearline processes site URLs and technical audit evidence to deliver focused SEO action plans. We handle your business data with strict confidentiality.

1. Data Collection

Information we collect

When you order a Clearline audit, we collect the domain URL submitted for testing, your contact email address for report delivery, and optional intake context (such as your target service area or primary business priorities).

We do not request or store database credentials, server SSH keys, or administrative logins. Technical data collected during crawling is limited to publicly accessible HTML, HTTP headers, XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and open search engine data.

2. Evidence Retention

How audit data is stored

Audit findings and technical evidence are stored securely so we can render your report and, if you return later, compare runs. Report links are private, signed, and expire — they are not public URLs anyone can guess.

You may request complete deletion of your audit data at any time by contacting support.

3. Email & Contact

Communication policy

Your email address is used to deliver your report, send order status updates, and notify you of critical audit issues. We also send a limited follow-up series related to your audit: practical next steps (implementation quotes, rechecks, deeper audits, monitoring) and short educational notes about search visibility. That series starts after report delivery and stops on request, unsubscribe, or after a fixed window.

Report-delivery and order-critical messages may still be sent when needed to fulfill your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to third-party advertisers.
